We have a few banana trees in the back yard, along with orange, lemon and grapefruit. We had 18 bananas that survived the hurricane and wow were they great. The kids loved them and asked to eat them all the time, so they did not last very long.
The bananas are gone now but we can't wait to see what next year's crop looks like.
