ReFRESH

I am involved in a group at my church called MOPS. It is such great fun to get together with a group of women and not to have to worry about our kids (they go to kids church). We can actually sit down and have conversations without being interrupted or tugged on.

I always come back from this meeting feeling refreshed and like a new mom. Ready to handle anything that comes my way with a smile and some patience.

I hope that every mom has some outlet to get a little peace every now and then. A time away from everyone else in their family. A time to share with other moms and get suggestions.

I arrange the rest of my week so that I can be sure to make it to MOPS. I know that the Holy Spirit is filling me back up every time I walk in that door and pray with the women at my table.
