Swim season began here a few weeks ago. We already purchased our pool passes for the summer. The local pool seems to be calling us out there daily.
Our oldest is easy at the pool because he knows his limits and he knows where to go.
Our youngest, on the other hand, is a mad man at the pool. He will go anywhere and wants to jump in all the time. I can hardly blink once we get our suits on. He'll just get right in and walk all the way out to where he can't touch. He then struggles, and needs help, but then goes about it again right away. Is he not learning? Or is he slowly teaching himself how to swim and what his limits should be? It is hard to watch but he loves it!
They both take their yearly swim lessons in a couple weeks. Let's see how that goes.
