We took the kiddo to the drive-in tonight. It was crazy and great. We were at Madagascar II on opening night (a chilly night).
My husband has this big blue Ford truck and we all piled into the back end and snuggled up in our blankets with lots of pillows and fun snacks. The boys loved it and can't wait to do it again. It definitely made a lasting impression on them.
The whole adventure brought back great memories of going to the drive-in with my parents when I was younger. I am so glad that these still exist. It is a great way to bring your kids with, let them have a little more room to move around, and not have to worry so much about how much noise they are making. The downside is that it did take 45 minutes to drive there. Maybe we should open up a closer one for everyone to enjoy!!!
