Nap time is snuggle time in our house. We love to lay down together and be a little silly.
I know that there are many versions out there but this is the one we do in our family.
Crissy Crossy (drawing an X on their back)
Apple Saucey (draw an apple shape at bottom and then top of the back)
Spiders crawling up your spine (walking fingers up back)
Rain coming down (Nails going down back softly)
Cool Breeze (blow air at back of neck)
Tight Squeeze (big hug)
Now you've got the shiveries (light tickles on arms and back)
Our boys love it and they get this before nap time everyday. We do this the number of times of their age!
