When my son gets 10 stickers on his chart for good bedtime behavior he gets to pick a treat. It can be ice cream, a movie, or a small toy. He reached 10 stickers today and decided he wanted to find a new toy.
We went to the 'toy store' (AKA: Michaels - yes a craft store but he doesn't know that) to pick out a new plastic animal of his choosing. He chose a set of three little meerkats. Now he had his own little Meerkat family just like on TV with Meerkat Manor on Animal Planet. There was a commercial for this show with the song 'Bad Girls'. He loves and sings this song often. I know, I know, that is just awful. But thankfully my dog and I are the only girls in the house and we don't get offended by the 'Bad Girls' song.
Each meerkat on the show has a name. Our son did not know what to name his meerkats. After listening to the 'Bad Girls' song for the 100th time he decided on 'Friday Night', 'Distall by my Side', and 'Bad Girl'. They are all boys though.
