I was nervous to get back into an airplane after my eardrum had caused me such pain and problems for so long. I finally did though and it was great. It was nice being at the controls again of a jet and flying so fast. Wow, that huge piece of heavy metal can lift off the ground so easily. It is almost unfathomable. I love my job, or actually it doesn't even seem like a job, more of a hobby!
