Fire Station Field Trip

Today we visited Fire Station #5 after Spanish lessons.  We met another homeschool family there.  The boys had a great time and asked about 10 questions each.  The firefighter was so patient with all of us.  We were there for about 1:15.

I think it is a must do trip for any family.  We do this about once a year and try out different stations each time.  It never gets old and the kids come away with something different each year.

So here is a shout out to all the firemen and firewomen.  THANK YOU for all you do.  Thank you for the time you put into this job.  Thank you for taking time away from your families to serve the community.  Thank you for staying in shape and being ready to help at any time.  We appreciate all you do.
